Fast tips to stamp out your addictive habit
1. Start smoking, dipping, or chewing less today - reduce the use of tobacco by cutting out two cigarettes now or dip and chew one less time today.
2. Give it up in the car - get your car detailed to freshen the air for your drive, pop in some gum, and blast your favorite tunes to get your mind off the smokeless drive.
3. Fight the urge - a 3-5 minute craving can give you the crazies. Delete the messages in your cell phone or e-mail, read a quitter's blog, brush your teeth, chew gum or use a breath mint, drink a bottle of water, or get up and move around.
